It gives me an immense pleasure to welcome you all at the Website of QIS College of Pharmacy, Ongole, Andhra Pradesh. Rapid transformation is occurring in the Pharmaceutical Industry. The Pharmacist has evolved from being a production and quality control chemist to a health care professional today. They are involved in the safe and effective manufacture of pharmaceuticals as well as newer profiles that call for their development, discovery, clinical research and community health. The advent of resistant infections, the discovery of new illness conditions and an increased understanding of biological and immunological process all contribute to the simultaneous demand for high quality standards in medications and medicines. Rapid technological advancements brought about by the growing rivalry to offer these measures have also altered the pharmacy field, which has significant socioeconomic relevance for the Indian economy. Further skilled and qualified labour is therefore urgently needed.

QIS College of Pharmacy was established in the Year 2006 by Sri Nidamanuri Educational Society, committed to promote Pharmaceutical Education in Prakasam District. The college is affiliated to JNTU Kakinada and approved by Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) (A Statutory Body under Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, New Delhi) u/s 12 of Pharmacy Act 1948 for the purpose of registration as a Pharmacist. QIS College of Pharmacy offers a 4 Year Full Time Degree Course in Pharmacy i.e. B. Pharm, 6 Year Full time Degree course in Pharm.D, 3 Year full time post graduate degree course in Pharm.D (P.B.) and Two Years Full Time Post Graduate Degree Course in Pharmacy i.e. M. Pharm. ( Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology and Pharmaceutical Analysis). With its super infrastructure, skilled and committed (both teaching & non-teaching) and picturesque location, QIS College of Pharmacy is the perfect place for academic pursuits. The institute is well equipped and meet all standards right from its nascent stage.

In addition to the standard curriculum set forth by the JNTU Kakinada our academic programs includes guest lectures, Industry visits cum training programs, hospital internships and training, add on courses, value added courses, workshops etc. These events help our students to stay up-to-date on the latest advancement in technology and educate them about the diverse career paths available in the industry, ultimately equipping for a bright career in pharmaceuticals.
